Wonder what??!!

Wonder what’s happening around us, is this even humane?

Some idiot fires a missile high up in the sky that brings down a huge plane,

Nations promise to find the reason of the mishap at any cost,

Blame game starts – is anyone even caring about the lives lost?

Express condolences, appear sad on air, and pay some cash,

Will this bring back the loved ones back from the ash?

Wonder what’s happening around us, is this even real?

Every road, every corner, you hear a woman squeal,

Raping, killing, beating someone who creates a new life,

It’s just a matter of horrible shame and weakness, and not of pride.

Thinking it’s masculine and hence correct to do all these,

Puts you lower in order to the dumbest geese!!!

Wonder what’s happening around us, why would anyone do such a thing?

Millions dying at whimsies of a few crazy men, who just wanted to win,

With guns as their bats, they play on bloody soil, than playing on the lawns,

The most powerful supports the fight against violence and yet supplies arms,

A whole generation wiped out – the next one scarred,

No bright colors for their future, just everything charred!

Wonder what’s happening around us, how can it be changed?

Is it even possible to cure these sick people who are worse than the one deranged?

Will they be ready to talk and understand? Or is it just better to get them off this land?

A stone for a stone, says someone makes the world blind,

If that’s the way these people learn, then going that way, I surely won’t mind.

Not that we do anything about it, even when we are able to see,

Going blind might just suit me - at least I’d have taught a lesson to the person who was evil to someone or me!
